BOOT CAMP ON THE HILL
(Adults)
Our new adult fitness camp is guaranteed to be fun, challenging and make your body more fit and functional. This invigorating group training program integrates balance, full body strength, core strength, stability, agility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility and much more.

Our total body workout will incorporate a wide variety of equipment such as light weights, bars, tubing, stability bars and super bands. Additionally we will target heart rate goals to get you a great sweat!

We have designed a program that will satisfy the wants and needs of all level participants. The 90 minute workout will increase your fitness level, help with your athletic goals and develop your body to meet the demands of life and sport.

If you are an adult desiring a structured and
challenging workout, this is for you!

SESSIONS

CHESTNUT HILL ACADEMY
2— 1 Week Sessions
Session 1: June 16 - June 20
Session 2: June 30 - July 3
Hours are 9:15–10:45 a.m. Monday through Friday.

 


SPORTS CONDITIONING CAMP
(Boys and girls 12 - 18)
This program is designed for both the serious athlete and those children wanting to learn about the importance of exercise. Boys and girls ages 12 to 18 will be introduced to the proper techniques for strength and conditioning as well as the correct form for speed and agility drills. The training will include general warm-up, dynamic flexibility, core development, speed and agility, balance, muscular strength and power.

The goals of the camp are specific to each individual with the main focus being to create a healthy and happy outlook on exercise and sports training. The program will promote lifelong physical activity through a multi-activity approach.

While in this camp you will see improvement in the following areas, vertical jump, broad jump, chest pass, sit and reach flexibility, number of sit-ups, 20 yard shuttle and much more.
